The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our client’s dynamic finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional to leverage their expertise in financial data and modeling to drive strategic business decisions. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, and providing actionable insights to support the company’s growth and financial health. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex data into clear, impactful recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support for strategic initiatives
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Support the finance team in month-end and year-end close processes
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting
What We Need From You
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Industry-specific experience is a plus but not required
